Whether you are a new user of one of our products or a more experienced user who would like more advanced training or assistance with specific problems, we can design training and consulting to suit your needs.

Online courses are designed for those clients who like to work on their own. They are often a very good way to start learning a product.

On-site consulting enables us to work with you using your own data, either helping you with initial setup or fine-tuning and enhancing your use of our products. We can also help with installation, disk clean ups, backup procedures and general Windows training.

Smartfees certified consultants are experienced in installing, supporting and training in software applications. Their primary business is that of an MYOB Certified consultant, they now also have a thorough knowledge of SmartFees for Long Day Care and SmartFees for Ouside School Hours.

Remote flexible training is designed for our many clients in more remote areas of Australia. Training is delivered over the phone in 2 hour blocks and can be customised to suit your needs.
